Security Settings

Your privacy and security are top priority. We do all we can to keep your account secure, and we encourage you to do the same by following best practices: Update your password regularly and enable Two-Factor Authentication.
We use your email and mobile number to communicate with you. Should you need to recover your password or enable two factor authentication, these contact points are critical.
Instead of entering a password to sign in, you can alternatively use a pin for quick access. Leave blank for traditional password access. If you forget, you will need to reenter a new one.
Multi-factor authentication, also known as 2FA or 2 factor, adds an extra layer of security to your account beyond your username and password. When you login with 2FA enabled, you will be prompted to enter a verification code. You have a choice of having that code sent to your mobile device (SMS) or by using an authenticator app. Authenicator apps are free apps available in your phone's store.

You may update your password any time. We suggest you choose a strong password and update it regularly, e.g. every 6 months. All new passwords must contain at least 8 characters. We also suggest having at least one capital and one lower-case letter (Aa-Zz), one special symbol (#, &, % etc), and one number (0-9) in your password for the best strength.

In order for our Support team to assist you when you call, you will need a support pin. This pin is a private 4 digit number that you will provide to support to allow them to access your account. Without a valid pin, they won't be able to access your account.

You will also need to select a challenge question in case you get locked out of your account.
