What Is MyWhistleBox?
What is MyWhistleBox?
MyWhistleBox is a secure document environment designed to collect, sign, review, and prepare documents in one controlled workspace, with built-in tools that help organize and prepare files for what comes next. It replaces email attachments and scattered tools with a single, intentional document request while preserving a clear, auditable chain of custody from request to final document.
What is a Whistle Page?
A Whistle Page is a secure, guided document request. Instead of long email threads, you send one secure link that walks recipients through uploads, optional signatures, and review—everything in one place.
Do recipients need a MyWhistleBox account?
No. Recipients can upload documents or sign files securely using the link you send them—no account required.
Does MyWhistleBox work on mobile devices?
Yes. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are available for users who need to send requests and monitor activity while in the field. Full configuration and document processing tools remain available in the desktop experience.
Why Not Email or Shared Drives?
Why is MyWhistleBox better than email?
Email was never designed for secure document exchange. Attachments can be forwarded, lost, or exposed. MyWhistleBox replaces email attachments with encrypted, permission‑controlled requests so sensitive documents stay protected from the start.
Why not just use Dropbox or Google Drive?
Dropbox and Google Drive are storage tools. MyWhistleBox is built for document requests and workflows. It guides recipients, enforces requirements, captures signatures, and prepares documents for action—not just storage.
Security, Privacy & Trust
Are my documents secure?
Yes. Documents are encrypted both in transit and at rest, protected by strict
access controls, and fully logged for auditability. Multiple layers of encryption
ensure files remain protected from unauthorized access.
Can MyWhistleBox employees see my files?
No. Files remain encrypted while stored, and MyWhistleBox employees cannot view document contents. Files are only decrypted when accessed by authorized users.
Plans, Trials & Commitment
Does MyWhistleBox cost anything?
MyWhistleBox offers a free Basic plan, plus a 15‑day Professional trial so you can experience advanced features before deciding. No credit card required to start.
What happens after the 15‑day Professional trial?
After the trial, your account transitions to the free Basic plan. Your documents remain accessible, and you can upgrade at any time to unlock additional features and long‑term retention.
Who should choose a Professional plan?
Professional plans are designed for advisors, firms, and teams that regularly exchange sensitive documents and need structured requests, audit trails, e‑signatures, and document processing tools.
How It Works
Can I still send simple, one‑off requests?
Yes. You can send ad‑hoc requests at any time. Whistle Pages simply make complex or repeatable requests faster, clearer, and more consistent.
What if someone uploads photos or poorly formatted files?
That’s expected. MyWhistleBox includes intelligent tools to clean up, combine, and standardize real‑world uploads into professional, action‑ready documents—without sending people back to redo their work.
Business & Regulated Use
Is MyWhistleBox suitable for regulated industries?
Yes. MyWhistleBox is built for document‑heavy, regulated environments with features like encryption, permissioned access, audit trails, and repeatable document requests.
Do you offer team or enterprise accounts?
